Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and EYKO LLC (“EYKO”, “we”, “us”), a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, regarding your use of the PepsLab mobile application (the “App”). By using the App you accept these Terms.

1. Important — informational tool only

PepsLab is an informational and organizational tool. It is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical advice.

Content in the App (peptide descriptions, dosage ranges, calculators, AI assistant responses) is provided for informational and educational purposes only, based on publicly available information and commonly reported figures. It has not been evaluated by the FDA, EMA, or any health authority.
Reference figures shown in the App reflect averages reported in publicly available sources; they are not recommendations and are not tailored to you.
Research peptides are not approved for human consumption in most jurisdictions. The App does not encourage, endorse, or facilitate the purchase or use of any substance.
You are solely responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction and for any decision you make. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before any decision related to your health.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.

3. Account

Creating an account (Sign in with Apple or Google) is optional. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and credentials. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account.

4. Subscriptions, free trial and billing

The App requires an active auto-renewable subscription (annual or monthly). Prices are displayed in the App in your local currency before purchase.
Where offered, a free trial gives full access for the stated duration. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial, the subscription starts automatically and your Apple ID is charged.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions).
Payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies.
Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.

5. AI assistant

The in-app assistant generates automated responses using a third-party AI model. Responses may be inaccurate or incomplete, are provided “as is”, and must never be treated as medical, legal, or professional advice.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the App for any unlawful purpose; attempt to breach, probe, or reverse-engineer the App or its backend; resell or redistribute App content; use the App to harm yourself or others.

7. Intellectual property

The App, its design, illustrations, text, and software are owned by EYKO LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT CONTENT, CALCULATIONS, OR AI RESPONSES ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITED TO YOUR SITUATION.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EYKO LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, HEALTH CONSEQUENCE, OR LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR RELIANCE ON ITS CONTENT. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in that case these limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EYKO LLC from any claim arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time; Section 4 governs subscription cancellation.

12. Apple — additional terms

These Terms are between you and EYKO LLC only, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them. In case of failure of the App to conform to a warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price; Apple has no other warranty obligation.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected where applicable.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
